What to Expect From a Solar Service Call
Service & Diagnostic Fee
A $250 service fee applies to all solar service and diagnostic visits. This fee is required to schedule and is non-refundable. Repairs, upgrades, or takeovers are quoted separately.
Before submitting a request, please understand:
1. Solar diagnostics and service calls are not free
2.Manufacturer warranties may be void or expired
3.Repairs may require system redesign or upgrades
4.Not all systems are economically repairable
5.We do not provide free troubleshooting over the phone
